Walking Adventures International: History, Culture, Scenery, AND
Walking...more than just a walking tour!
HOLLAND AT TULIP TIME introduces travelers to the Lowland countries
during the height of the spring flower season. We'll explore Amsterdam,
lovely Old Delft and The Hague, wander down a pathway between 18
majestic windmills, and wind our way through Keukenhof, Holland's most
famous flower garden. One of the more attractive aspects of this
Adventure is unpacking our bags for four nights in one centrally located
hotel in the Old Town of Delft. The optional 4-day Belgium Extension
features three of Belgium's charming cobblestone centers of the Middle
      Ages - Antwerp, Brussels, and Bruges. April 20 - 28, 2006 (9 days with
optional Belgium Extension) and includes 4 walks (2 IVV) in Holland and
4 walks (1 IVV) in Belgium. Contact us for more details at at

      =============
Vancouver Year-Round Walk Temporary Closure: The AM/PM MiniMart at 39th
& Main in Vancouver has asked that the volkswalk box be removed. The new
corporate management is changing all their corporate stores into a
"cookie cutter" plan and our volkswalk concept does not fit the new format.
This location serves two walk events, YR0425 (Burnt Bridge Creek West)
and YR1617 (Frenchman's Bar, a Lewis & Clark walk; remote start). Please
bear with us as we locate a new start point -- hopefully within a few
days. We'll let you know when the walks are back up again.
