      From I-90 Eastbound take exit 18. Merge onto Highlands Dr NE. Right on
      NE Federal Dr. Keep right and stay on Federal Dr to NE Park Dr. RIGHT on
      Park Dr. RIGHT on College Dr to parking area at Grand View School Walk
      up the hill and Cross Park Dr to the Start Point (Picnic Shelter)
      Minimal parking at the start point. More parking available on the street
      and down the hill in the park.
      Awards & Fees: IVV Credit Only
      Comments: This is a guided walk. Please arrive during the start
      window to register. Water and restrooms at start/finish and along the
      route. Pets permitted but NOT in building(s). Owners responsible for
      leash and clean up laws. This is guided walk. Small groups will walk
      together. Walking directions and maps will be available.

      Description: TRAIL: (1B) Walk on a dike along the Skagit River and
      into the original downtown area of Burlington. The 10K checkpoint is at
      the restored train station. Burlington is approximately 5 miles from the
      tulip fields and display gardens. Water and restrooms at start/finish
      and along the route. Pets permitted but NOT in building(s). Owners
      responsible for leash and clean up laws.

      Pease Rd. and continue as it curves to the left and becomes S. Anacortes
      St. Right on E, Gilkey to S. Skagit St. Turn right into the Park.
      I-5 from the north: exit 229 and turn left at top of ramp. Continue as
      above.
