      Description: Walks on sidewalks through neighborhoods down to Dash
      Point State Park. Then down park dirt trails with two sets of stairs
      through the forest to the beach and return. 10K has 400 foot elevation
      gain, but you can stop at some of the many benches on the trail. One set
      of steps cut into a dirt bank may be difficult for some. Bring a walking
      stick if this may be an issue. The 5k does not go down the steps/stairs
      or to the beach.

      Shoreline YRE Move: Shoreline Haggens Pharmacy and Food store is
      closing. Moving the YRE box for walk #Y1390 effective 8/15/13.
      New location: Walgreens, 17524 Aurora Ave. N.,Shoreline, WA 98133
      I-5 exit #176 /N 175th, northbound Left, southbound Right, onto 175th.
      Right on Midvale Ave. Left to Walgreens parking lot.

      Vancouver YRE moves: change of address for our starting point for two of
      our YREs. The two events are:
      1. Vancouver - Heights Neighborhood, Y0116 (Sanction # 93223)
      2. Vancouver - Burnt Bridge Creek East, Y0362 (Sanction # 93222)
      The starting point will still be the Starbucks store on E. Mill Plain
      Blvd., but it will move about 2 blocks east of the old location. The new
      address is:
      8302 E. Mill Plain Blvd.
      The effective date of the relocation is July 18, 2013.

      Edmonds Meadowdale Beach YRE Y396 had to be moved due to construction.
      New location 7500 196th SW Edmonds QFC store. New route and new name
      Five Parks.
      The other YRE Y1913 from Edmonds Harbor Square Athletic Club remains at
      the same location.

      Description: Walk on gravel trail in shades forest along the Lewis
      River on a converted rails to trails road between Moulton Falls and
      Lucia Falls. A 1 km section at the end of the route will be on a more
      difficult section leading to Big Tree Creek Falls at the end of the
      walk. This 1 km section can be bypassed to complete the walk. Strollers
      will be able to do the modified route fairly easy.

      and Moulton Falls at Rock Creek Rd. RIGHT on Rock Creek Rd. for 5.6
      miles which becomes NE Lucia Falls Rd.. Continue straight at stop sign,
      past Pomeroy Farms, and Lucia Falls to second (2nd) parking lot at
      Moulton Falls. RIGHT up short hill to the parking area. Allow about 1
      hour from the I-5 bridge

      prayed (Orare), those who fought (Pugnare), and those who worked
      (Laborare). In honor of Labor day we will substitute walking (Ambulare)
      for the fighting as we walk Capitol Hill and pass by the churches of
      many denominations that distinguish the hilltop. The route is paved and
      generally flat. There will be an award patch depicting the Chapel of St
      Ignatius on the campus; award and credit will be $9. Credit walkers $3;
      free walkers must register and carry a start card.

      move to left lane. At Broadway turn left onto Broadway and drive two
      blocks north to Columbia Street. Turn right and then immediate left into
      the Seattle University Broadway Garage. Parking is free. After parking
      exit the garage to the north and walk down the stairs and hill to the
      start point on the University's lower mall near the University Services
      Building at 800 11th Avenue. Bus: Metro # 2 or 12. Exit trolley just
      past 11th & Madison; walk back to 11th and turn right onto campus.
      Follow the mall for 2 blocks to the start/ finish area.
