      The way I read it, if $HOME/_vimrc and $HOME/.vimrc are *not found*, Vim
      looks for $VIM/_vimrc and if not found for $VIM/.vimrc
      See :help _vimrc

      Similarly for ?gvimrc at GUI startup.
