I found it accidentally. On a BBS someone asked how to get a FileExplorer window
when entering Vim, I tested "au BufNewFile,BufRead * :Sexplore" and
then lookuped help
documentation, so that bug came out.
Thank you very much for your excellent job, VIM and its great documentation!
BTW: At last, I got the answer:
" the last character is letter L.
