      If you're interested in buffer-local autocommands in vim,
      please try out the implementation (see patches attached) and
      provide your feedback.

      If you provide feedback, this feature will make it into vim.

      Here is brief summary of how to use it:
      you use <buffer> in place of file pattern, or <buffer=12>
      for buffer number 12. For example:
      :au CursorHold <buffer> echo "hold"
      :au BufLeave <buffer=2> echo "BufLeave"
      Detailed documentation is in the doc patch, included.
