      Thanks for all the ideas, Benji. I've simply written a 4NT alias to do the
      deed:

      vc=set VIMRUNTIME=c:\vim\vim_cvs\runtime&c:\vim\vim_cvs\gvim %$&unset VIMRUNTIME

      and a similar one for vim.
