      Why don't you write one? It doesn't have to be a full IDE, just a tool to
      position and size widgets in a window. That's the stuff which is difficult to
      do by hand. Being able to set properties of each widget is nice too.

      Parsing source code to show the current layout, like JBuilder does, is a big
      plus. No special file formats please!
