      open the file in vim.

      Type:
      :%s/$/TAB/

      % - globally
      s - substitute
      / - delimiter
      $ - end of line
      / - delimiter
      TAB - this is an actual tab will probably look like ^I when typed.
      / - delimiter

      :he substitute
