That would be:
- for all users: $VIMRUNTIME/plugin, $VIM/vimfiles/plugin,
- for a single user: $HOME/vimfiles/plugin, $HOME/vimfiles/after/plugin
[You still must execute :Calendar or :CalendarH to make the calendar appear.
If you want to always display it, you can put that command in your vimrc,
but in that case you must first source the script (as below), because the
normal sequence is (1) vimrc, (2) plugins.]
If you want to decide at runtime whether you want the functionality or not:
put the script anywhere except in a plugin directory, and source it when
you want the functionality (see :help :source)
