Don't really *need* scripts; you get to type actiual perl lines of code
directly; check out the examples in the vim help, and try to find the perl
tutorial (I know there is one) on http://www.perl.org/.
I have to say, though - if you're not already a Perl programmer, I
wouldn't really use the Perl I/F! Learn Perl outside of vim first, *then*
try it :-)
