      After I fire up gvim, the first thing I see is a screen with some
      info on it like this:

      "PooledThread.java" [dos] 149L, 4063C
      foldcolumn=0
      Hit ENTER or type command to continue

      This is annoying and I would like to supress it, how can I do that?

      Thanks!
