      For some reason I can't get OmniCppComplete to recognize std::vector
      (or std::map, etc.) using MinGW (TDM build), ctags (5.7) and gVim
      (7.2.13, compiled from CVS using MinGW (TDM)). I've created my
      systags with:

      ctags -R --language-force=c++ --c++-kinds=+p --extra=+q --fields=+iaS
      -f systags c:\TDM\include c:\TDM\lib\gcc\mingw32\4.3.2\include

      in my .vimrc I have:

      set tags+=~/vimfiles/systags

      Typing 'std::' does bring up a menu full of items, it just doesn't
      list expected entries like vector, map, etc.

      Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Chris
