      You should have it already. Look for

      (assuming you're using vim 6.1)

      You need to source the file in:

      so /usr/local/share/vim/vim61/mswin.vim

      Of course, there's also <mrswin.vim>:

      which is basically a wrapper for <mswin.vim>. However, it has the
      extra feature that it toggles between mswin-"mode" and normal-vim
      "mode" each time you source it in.

      so ...wherever.../mrswin.vim <-- just like <mswin.vim>
      so ...wherever.../mrswin.vim <-- restores to normal vim mode
      so ...wherever.../mrswin.vim <-- just like <mswin.vim>
