      Anyway, the script really only passes parameters on to /Applications/
      MacVim.app/Contents/MacOS/Vim – so

      /Applications/MacVim.app/Contents/MacOS/Vim -S session.vim

      works fine. You just have to call the Vim binary; the MacVim binary is
      just the gui shell and doesn't understand vim's commandline
      parameters.
