      here is mine(zsh):
      alias vi='/Applications/vim/Vim.app/Contents/MacOS/Vim'

      and for having 'vim' starting the gui from terminal:
      alias vim='/Applications/vim/Vim.app/Contents/MacOS/Vim -g'
