      open two MacVim windows and arrange them next to each other. Execute

      au FocusGained * echo 'gain'
      au FocusLost * echo 'lost'

      If you switch between the windows with cmd-`, everything works as
      expected. But if you move the mouse over the inactive of the two
      windows, it gets a FocusGained event as soon as the mouse hovers over
      the window (and the cursor in the window starts blinking).

      This doesn't happen with Carbon vim or with gvim on Ubuntu, so it
      seems to be a MacVim bug.
