      Yes, it should be that key, and it does work e.g. in Terminal.app
      (where the menu item in the Window menu reads "Cycle Through Windows
      ⌘`").

      Ah cool, I've included

      map <D-`> :maca _cycleWindows:<CR>

      in my ~/.gvimrc, and it works :)
