      I can recommend using the NERDTree plugin together with the
      BufExplorer plugin (and ctags or cscope) for managing larger projects.
      The project plugin is ok too. If it's a small project, you can use

      mvim -p **/*

      in the project's root (or, in an already running MacVim, `:argadd **/
      *`, `tab ball`). In this case, set 'tabpagemax' to something large.
