      You need to put the mvim script somewhere on your path. Do `echo
      $PATH` to see your path. I have mine in /usr/local/bin and added that
      to my path by putting `export PATH=/usr/local/bin:$PATH` at the bottom
      of my .profile (.bash_profile should work too).
