- View SourceErr, does anyone know how to turn off or edit this automated notification? The date just happens to be correct this time, but other details are incorrect.
Seneschals' reports are due on a quarterly basis (February, May, August, November) per my recent e-mail to all groups.

Full Status Groups Trimester reports go to Regional, Baronial Seneschals. Regional Seneschal include copies of the local and Baronial trimester reports in their report.
Incipient & Proto-incipient Trimester reports go to Regional, Baronial, Deputy for new groups. Proto-incipient groups not being official groups, can't be forced to report, but will not be advanced unless they do.
Colleges and Strongholds are expected to report unless they have entered a period of dormancy, during which the group is inactive.
