However, with FireAnt I deleted my channel and then added it back, but it may be that this doesn't refresh stuff, or something ... do I need to deleted something else to really test this?

I originally posted this to the fireAnt list, thinking it was a fireAnt problem and then later figured it was a problem with blip that people were discussing that feedburner was timing out. But, then I moved all the files to my own server and the problem persists, so any help from rss gurus would be much appreciated.

The problem occurs with a new thing I'm trying which is posts that include an embedded flash thingy, a .mov file and a .wmv file. I want the feed to just include the .mov file.

On each post I have an embedded flash file with an <object> tag, followed by a link to a .mov file and a link to a .wmv file. I want the .mov file to show up when people subscribe to the feed, but, for some reason fireAnt picks up the .wmv file and iTunes won't pick up anything. (And feedburner's "pod medic" indicates that it is enclosing the .wmv file).

I list the .mov file first and it includes a rel="enclosure" attribute value. (Example code for a post is below).

It may be a problem with the orginal feed that isn't updating or something ...  http://www.richardshow.com/?feed=rss2
