We sometimes ask ourselves difficult questions such as 'what is the purpose of life' and 'why am I less fortunate than others'. The Theosophical Society, a non-sectarian movement engaged in the promotion of Universal Brotherhood and study of the Laws of Nature governing the universe, tries to provide answers to some of the perennial and perplexing questions about life and its purpose. Its Course in Theosophy and Meditation, in particular, aims to offer insight into ancient wisdom as well as meditation. Conducted only twice a year, the next one will be held from 02 May to 23 May. The course comprises ten segments of 2 to 3 hours each, and is offered free of charge. For more information and to register, please visit singaporelodge.org/btc_dates.htm or call 6732-7727.
