      In Arabic, the exclamation is:

      "A-lay-ha ash-ra-foo sa-laam!"

      Which means:

"Upon her be sublime peace (or "the highest peace")!"

Although you may also hear (especially among Arabic-speaking 'Grecophiles'):

      "Ai-ya-tu-hal fa-iq-qu qud-soo-ha wa-lee-da-til-il-la-hee kha-lis-see-na!"

      Which means:

      "Most holy Theotokos, save us!"

It seems that there is an interesting variety of phrases in use among the language groups (Arabic, Greek and Romanian, at least) which use a pietistic
Marian exclamation on "Calling to remembrance..."
