      (bearing in mind how abominable the standard of proof-reading is in many English language liturgical texts, this is hardly surprising).

      In my copy of 'A Prayerbook for Orthodox Christians' by Holy Transfiguration
      Monastery published in 1987, on page 189 there is a rubric which states,

      And from the Holy and Great Sunday of Pascha until the giving up of Pascha
      on the eve of the Feast of Ascension, in place of Holy God, Holy Mighty,
      Holy Immortal. and O come, let us worship. we say, Christ is risen from the
      dead. (3)

      My parish priest in the GOA says that this may be in error and he has never
      head of that. I would like to know if it is in error, or is it some local
      tradition that this is based on.
