I take it that JB was not so concerned with attracting a lightning
strike as he was on how to catch the energy and safely store it
and then convert it into power that the power grid could use and
feed it to the grid.
Attracting lightning is the *easy* part. Collecting it in
conductors from the lightning rods also is not too difficult.
But storage and conversion - there's a tough order.
