It seems to me that under those circumstances, the conclusion that there was no wind is warranted. Take a look at the discussion and see if you can agree or you still disagree.

The ship may have been dead in the water, way after the attack when the
picture was taken.
We just as easily know that the WTC towers' Sept 11 (I hate the hijacking
of the 911 emergency number), were just a bad case of navigational error.
To lump them with the Penn hijacking is a belated co-incidence.
The difference is in the cover-up; or lack of one.
