Re: [urbanvita] More Press! - Dolls magazine - digital
- Well I never !!! I thought that showing an outfit without giving credit to the designer was against some kind of copyright law (or something like that)...not to mention VERY poor manners!! anyway, congrats on all the lovely new dollies...;now if someone would just come up with a lay-a-way plan.....sigh......patricia bFrom: "dorinda@..." <dorinda@...>

Subject: [urbanvita] More Press!CDS is going to be featured in an upcoming issue of FDQ magazine with the Beautiful Villians that they sponsored a last year. I used our Vita as my muse for my entry so check in out in April when that hits the stands. Here is the announcement that Dot Festeu made to us.
Congratulations Beautiul Villains!
"I have recently been told our Beautiful Villains entries will be showcased in the Fairy Tale issue of FDQ magazine. Take a bow - all did stellar work! Prepare to see the work of Karen Kolkman, Gayle Chavez, Elizabeth Fenton, Pauline Lyngard, Lana Turk, George Gonzalez, and Terry Barner when this hits newsstands approximately April 15!!
You never know what is going to happen when you submit an article to a magazine. I had "pitched" this story that the Beautiful Villains are the ones who make the heroines of the Fairy Tales what they are, so they deserved a place in the Fairy Tale issue. I never dreamed it would get accepted, but I am sure glad it was."
