      FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT

      'NOVI SAD ALGEBRAIC CONFERENCE' (NSAC '03)
      Novi Sad, August 25-28, 2003

      Topic areas:
      -universal algebra
      -lattices and ordered structures
      -semigroups and related algebraic structures
      -theoretical computer science
      -clones and many-valued logics

      There will be 50 minute plenary lectures and 20 minute contributed talks.

      Those who wish to give a talk should submit an abstract in any version of TeX.

      The deadline for the registration is May 31, 2003.
      The abstract submission deadline is June 30, 2003.

      The booklet containing submitted abstracts will be available at the conference.

      The conference fee:
      EUR 50 (or USD 50)
