      BUBONIC PLAGUE: Outbreak In Malawi Aggravated By Hunger, WHO Says

      Food shortages and high rates of malnutrition are aggravating an outbreak of bubonic plague in a remote district of southern Malawi, where 178 cases have been reported in the last three months, two-thirds of them among children younger than 5, the London Times reported yesterday.
