      PROGRAM OFFICER II
      1079-00 & 1081-00

      The Johns Hopkins University/Center for Communications Programs seeks two
      Program Officers for the Africa Division, based in Baltimore to: provide
      technical assistance in all phases of development, implementation and
      monitoring of health communication programs in Africa; to provide
      programming, administrative and logistical support; and to provide
      backstopping to in- country teams.

      REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in public health, communication or related
      field. Experience working in Africa; with the ability to travel overseas up
      to 40% of the time. Previous work experience in reproductive health and
      communication. French language very useful, and familiarity with USAID
      regulations and policies are preferred.

      We offer a competitive starting salary and benefits package, which includes
