      Hello,

I finished the first part of an ublas howto. Please have a look at
http://www-user.tu-chemnitz.de/~wgu/ublas and feel free to send comments
      and more sample programs.

PS: You can find there the current ublas-snapshot.

@Joerg: I could provide a copy of the files section of this group if
      necessary.

      regards
      Gunter

        Hello,

there have been some tries to update the documentation. I'd like to start
        another one.

        1. I suggest adding a link to Effektive uBlas to the documentation:

        Index: index.htm
        ===================================================================
        RCS file: /cvsroot/boost/boost/libs/numeric/ublas/doc/index.htm,v

        2. Did anyone start to collect information about new functions? I think of
        things like axpy_prod, generalized_vector_of_vector, lu, operation*.hpp

        3. How did you create the html files? Is there a tool to generate the tables?
Is there a tool suggested by boost.org? (e.g. doxygen or similar)

Good idea! I've added a extended version of you patch with the following
          additional section.
          <h2>Further information</h2>

<p>Development takes place at the Sourceforge

the latest uBLAS code is kept and bugs are tracked.</p>

I've committed to the uBLAS CVS.

I'm working on a documentation section on all the prod variations. This
described how different algorithms work etc. I need to complete and include
syntax for all the uBLAS functions. I hope to put this into the documentation
          soon.
I don't have anything for the last three.

I wish I new this also!
