This discussion group is for adults attempting to adapt to or maintain the Uberman polyphasic sleep schedule. Ask questions, share polyphasic experiences, and learn from the experiences of others.
Messages to the group are moderated. Discussion will be limited to polyphasic sleep topics. Language abuses including, but not limited to, profanity, defamation, libel, or harassment are strictly forbidden. Anyone sending spam to the group will be banned; not one message will be delivered.
Do not subscribe if you are not at least 18 years old. Any member who admits to, or leaves evidence of, being under the age of consent will be unsubscribed by the moderators.
