      DICATES 30-40 KNOTS OF VERTICAL WIND SHEAR AND STRONG POLE-
      WARD OUTFLOW ASSOCIATED WITH STRONG MIDLATITUDE SOUTHWES-
      TERLIES IMPINGING ON THE SYSTEM..
