      Ingredients: 1 chicken, 1 small onion, 1 small carrot, 1/2 tablespoon
      salt. For the sauce, 400 gr. walnuts, 3 thin slices of dry bread
      (without crust), 1 teaspoon ground red pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, 3
      cups chicken stock.

      Put a peeled whole onion, grated carrot, chicken and salt into a
      saucepan. Cover with water. Cover and cook on law heat until tender.

      Let cool. Take the chicken out of its stock. Remove the skin and
      bones, tear into small pieces. Grind with walnuts. Soak the bread in
      water. Squeeze them to extract the water. Crumble and add to the
      ground walnuts together with crushed garlic and red pepper. Put the
      mixture through a food grinder and add the chicken broth to make a
      creamy sauce which should not be too thick. (All the ingredients for
      the sauce may also be blended in an electric blender)

      Pour half of the sauce on the chicken pieces. Mix well. Arrange them
      on a serving dish. Spread the rest of the sauce over. Decorate with
      thin lines of ground red pepper. Serve cool.
