      The Vetter was very good in the rain, and the cold of winter, it
      wasn't effected too much by side wind unless you had the lowers on.

      The only few problems i found with it was it would lift the front end
      at over 100mph, and the system was very heavy, but it did come with
      handy covered and locking pockets, matching saddlebags w top trunk,
      and an optional am/fm/radio/cassete player.It even had a knob to
      adjust the headlight.

      The mounting system was steel tubings and straps that also added
      weight but was strong.

      YOU CAN STILL GET REPLACEMENT WINDSHEILD FOR IT.

      wobble may be a normal characteristic of fork mounted windshields and
      fairings. Back in the 1970s a guy by the name of Craig Vetter made a
      fortune by addressing this problem with his frame mounted Windjammer
      fairings with integrated windshield.
