Does anyone know what they are doing? could it be Rail grinding as there are a number of residence along the stretch between Victoria Park and Warden and doing that at night might not go off to well with them.

Trains will be turning back at Warden with shuttles running from Victoria Park to Kennedy stations, stopping at Warden. The TTC has not yet made anyone aware other than at Warden, Kennedy and Victoria Park stations. I noticed posters up at the affected stations but there is no notice on the TTC website or anywhere else.
