Group Description

TradCath stands for Traditional Catholic and is THE oldest continuously running email group on the Internet devoted to Traditional Catholic discussions. The original name for TradCath was "Paradosis" which is Greek for "Tradition." Though we're relatively new to Yahoogroups, we've been on the internet since before the Internet was publically popular. Paradosis started as an "echo" on "The All Nite Cafe BBS" in Phoenix, Arizona (which was hosted by Mike Middleton) in 1988 - and "echoed" around the world via the "GT Power Network."
Paradosis moved to Prescott, Arizona in 1991 with it's home BBS, the "Nite Owl/ACTS BBS" and here changed the name to "TradCath" - which it remains to this day.

This list is dedicated to discussions concerning Traditional Catholics.
This list is also not for non-Catholics, unless you have a true desire to become a Catholic.

The TradCath Homepage can be found at: http://www.a2z.org/tradcath/ . Please visit that site for more information on our group.
