      Dear Group,

I have been trying to find connection information to connect my Garmin Oregon 300 GPS to T2 tracker but failed.  However, so far, I have managed to only find one website selling cables for Oregon 300 to bare wires/cigar lighter power plug, and am not really sure if this works.

Just wondering if anyone in this group has successfully done this before?  According to the specs, the Oregon 300 has NMEA In/Out, but the only external connection it has is a small USB connector.

Appreciate any advice that anyone might have.  Thank you.

Sion, You can use this cable and wire it up yourself. Just put the Oregon into NMEA In/Out

        Sion,

You can use this cable <https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?
pID=26668#productTab> and wire it up yourself. Just put the Oregon
into NMEA In/Out interface mode and the latest T2 firmware will even
        display icons.

        Paul

In the menus, can you find an Interface menu? In the interface menu, look for NMEA In/Out. Best regards, Fred _____ From: tracker2@yahoogroups.com
