T3 RELAY OUT on Acc connector

    Pin 9 on the front panel connector, marked in the docs as RELAY OUT. Is this the appropriate place to draw +voltage to a relay to power the radio on/off? ie,

      Pin 9 on the front panel connector, marked in the docs as RELAY OUT. Is this the appropriate place to draw +voltage to a relay to power the radio on/off?

      ie, when you send a POWER OFF command from the Nuvi350 in FMI mode, does that pin 9 open and then POWER ON closes the pin?

      Is it a +V output or ground output or ???

      That s right. The output is whatever voltage you re feeding the T3. It ll handle up to 7 amps. Scott
