      Yes, that's too high - it should probably be around 135.

      Ok, I'll get that set lower down yet.  That might 'splain some of my perceived lack of coverage from some local stations.

      I haven't seen the blank message problem before.  Can you send me your configuration so I can try to duplicate it?

      It only shows up on other APRS listeners, and because it's completely blank, it doesn't show on APRS-IS.

      What's the best way of getting the configuration out of the T3-135 in a form you can readily use?

      Took my new T3-135 for a road trip yesterday and, while it worked, I
      believe I still need to do some tuning on it? I noticed it was running
      a TXLEVEL of 255 which I just toned down to about 180 and it didn't
      change the volume as received on a nearby radio discernibly (at least,
      not to my ears), so I'm thinking that 255 may have been a bit "hot".

      But the real point of my post is an apparent empty packet that the
      T3-135 is transmitting either after an ack or after a CMD xxxx
      response. Here's three raw packet captures from another APRS station.
      The first was a message to "ISS" with a content of "m". Note the blank
      packet received after the "ackXC}" was sent to the ISS message server:

      2012-07-30 03:02:35 KJ4ERJ-9>APOT30,WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1::ISS :m{ab
      2012-07-30 03:02:38 KJ4ERJ-9>APOT30,WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1::ISS :ackXC}
      2012-07-30 03:02:43 KJ4ERJ-9>APOT30,WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1:

      These next two were the packets resulting from sending a "CMD QUIET" and
      "CMD INFO" from KJ4ERJ-1 to the T3-135 as KJ4ERJ-9. Again you can see
      an empty packet after the T3-135s response, but it may yet be an empty
      packet after the ack with the response interleaving.

      I am running the Beta build 56132 that was available via the web in
      OTWinCfg, but I only have the device for another 5 days before it ends
      up deploying out of town.
