I've considered setting up a CRM application, but haven't found anything
I liked. I'm also reluctant to make it more complicated for users to
get support - I don't want to make them open a trouble ticket for every
little question. For RMA tracking it might be worth doing, but then
there's the issue of integration with the existing e-commerce system.
