The discussions of the past week about customer service..
Let me tell you that I have never had better customer service from
anyone...This is my story, I ordered a $50 cable Friday of last week
and should arrive at my QTH by Monday, which is normal of the past orders. This was a cable that would complete a Christmas Gift...Well the cable made it as far as Charlotte NC, about a 100 miles from me and the Post Office doesn't know where it is now. After talking to Scott today he has a new cable on the way to be delivered by UPS on Christmas Eve, he didn't even hesitate and it was his suggestion to do this, after his lost shipment of parts earlier in the month that has slow done delivery of some units, he'll still take care of the customer.
This is the Business I'll always support...
More of My Money will be going his way !!!!
