Thursday 5:45 am - the Puker - 68th and Hillcrest - half mile loops with a brutal climb until you can't do anymore - from Spring through Fall. 5:45 ride from Hollander in the colder months.
Saturday 7 am - Cafe Hollander in the Village - 30 to 50 miles - fast pace
Saturday 7:30 am - Cafe Hollander in the Village - 20 to 40 miles - recovery pace
Sunday 7 am - Cafe Hollander in the Village - 30 to 45 miles
Sunday 7:30 am - Cafe Hollander in the Village - 20 to 40 miles - recovery pace
