RE: [torchwood] Re: How great was the first episode!?
- There are American actors in British shows, what's the difference? And yes, Torchwood is still British. RTD and JG are still at the helm.
"Produced for Starz by BBC Worldwide Productions, BBC Cymru Wales and BBC Worldwide. Created by Russell T. Davies; Mr. Davies, Julie Gardner and Jane Tranter, executive producers."
Also, I don't know if anyone's noticed, but the BBC is involved with a lot of US shows, mainly dramas and documentaries. No one cries foul on that.
However, I have to save my opinions of the story arc till it comes out on DVD because I don't have Starz. Bummer.

Why does the addition of American characters to the British cast make it look "very promising". It has been my experience that British actors do very well on their own, thank you very much, but then Torchwood isn't British anymore, is it? The Americans have put their own (not necessarily good) mark on it.
- Love all the pics, even the first one in which Jack looks like death warmed over.
