Yeah I know, it was not done with a TMB, but thought it might be of
interest to the group. This is a an image of the comet I took last
night with a Brand X Vixen 115ED at F/5.2 with focal reducer. This
comet is incredibly bright. I had to play games with different sub
exposures and ISO settings to get both the outer halo and core
detail. 10 subs were used. 6 were 30 seconds from ISO100 to 800.
The other 4 were 2 minutes each at ISO1600. All used the noise
reduction feature (automatic darks). Combined in Maxim DL, and
cropped and shrunk down in size to save on file space.
This comet is growing in size from night to night.
