Also if you are not quite in litigation you can do a written request under Real Estate Servicing Procedure Act and the Truth and Lending Act resiscion of contract even if you are in litigation. If the original documents were truly a forge with your signature you should be able to have the contract rescinded. Also more then likely there are consumer rights involved here such as the FDCPA and FCRA in which you can sue the attorney for misrepsenting the statuts of the debt, and envasion of privacy, putting negitive marks on credit report, not to mention your state more then likely will have consumer rights statutes that can be countered sued under as well.
