    In some States the judges are required to take judicial cognizance of decisions in other States. In others, not. Idaho does not. Maybe, NJ does not. Westlaw

      In some States the judges are required to take judicial cognizance of decisions in other States.  In others, not.  Idaho does not.  Maybe, NJ does not.
      Westlaw must have a list of the States that do and those that don't, but I've never seen it.
