Establishing a NEW identity will not get you unlinked, untraced or untracked to your present identity.  If you are having trouble with your present identity, you must clean IT up.  That is the process that either Legalbear's FOIA packages can help you with, if you want to tackle it bareknuckled, or Dave Miner's www.Freedomsite.net can help you with, if you want to hire a professional gunfighter to kill 'em for you.  Either way, the problem, as I am given to understand, is that the IRS lies about who you are and what you are doing in your IMF (Idividual Master File) so that they can tax what they otherwise would have no authority to tax, which is your unrelated to alcohol, tobacco, firearms, interstate, international, or federally contracted or funded private sector personal receipts, which are NOT defined as "income" under Title 26 of the US Code.
