      As I see it, what's also important for people to understand the Codes are for Government Employees (the Servants), not the Citizens (the Masters).  

      By virtue of the privilege working for the Government (thus becoming non-producers), they have agreed to be held to a "higher" standard and to be taxed on their "earnings" (the origin of the income tax and still the
      definition of "enployee" in Title 26 or 27).

      The Oath and Bond issues mean:
      1.  : That the Police Officer is not a Peace Officer, but simply a government employee/actor acting under "color of law:"
      2.  The Judge is not a Judicial Officer, but simply a government employee/actor acting under "color of law:"
      3.  And so
      4.  There is (or should not be) any immunity attached to their Unlawful acts
